What you pay after the build
What a website from us costs to run, in plain words. Prices checked in September 2026.
The short version
- One bill in your name: your web address.
- Hosting costs nothing: the site runs on free plans, except the Online Store.
- The care plan covers the rest, and for most clients it's the only other recurring cost.
- The tools we build and watch the site with are ours and never show up on your bill.
Paid by you, directly

Paid to Cloudflare at their cost, no markup: budget $10 to $15 depending on the ending. It stays yours if we ever part ways.
Covered by the care plan
Included with every package, plan or not: the backup. On packages with a database, we save a copy of your site's content twice a day into an account you own.
- Online. Where the site lives, padlock in the browser included.
- Watching. We know within minutes if the site goes down, and we fix it.
- Nightly check. Scripts test the site after every update and every night; a one-page report comes each month.
- Software updates. Security updates to the software under the site.
- Small changes. About half an hour a month on the Brochure Site, an hour on the Self-Managed and Catalog Sites, two hours on the Listings Site and three on the Online Store.
Cancel and the site keeps running as it is, the backups keep running in your account, and we remove our access when you ask. If a price changes, we tell you 60 days ahead.

The build price is separate; year one includes the web address.
Brochure Site
$75 a month optional
Year one: $12, or $912 with the care plan.
Self-Managed Site
$125 a month
Year one: $1,512.
Catalog Site
$190 a month
Year one: $2,292.
Listings Site
$260 a month
Year one: $3,132.
Online Store
$330 a month
Plus two required plans: $25 a month to Supabase for the database, $20 a month to Resend for email. Stripe card fees: 2.9% plus 30 cents a sale, 0.5% more if Stripe works out the sales tax.
Year one: $552 in fixed costs and $3,960 for the care plan, plus card fees.
What could add cost later
Each is rare, and we tell you first.
- A Google mailbox on your web address (forwarding is free)$7 per user a month on a yearly plan or $8.40 month to month

What you never pay for
The bot check on sign-in and forms, the visitor counter, email forwarding, your Google Business Profile, Search Console and Bing: all free, and none of them run out.
Accounts in your name
Web address, hosting, database and the account that holds your code: all four are in your name, and we're just a user you can remove. At launch you get a list of every account and its sign-in page.
